Platform Terms
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Access and eligibility
Use of this website is subject to applicable South African law. Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their credentials and refrain from unauthorized access or abuse. Creating an account does not create an investment contract.
2. Market information
Quotes from CoinGecko and charts from TradingView are third-party reference information, may be delayed or inaccurate and may show different exchange pairs or currencies. No quote is an executable price or investment recommendation.
3. No investment subscription currently offered
The website does not presently accept customer deposits, execute trades, issue investment units or process withdrawals. Any future product would require a separate written agreement identifying the contracting legal entity, regulatory status, fees, custody, risk allocation, eligibility, withdrawal conditions and dispute process. References to example contribution amounts are not binding offers.
4. No assured performance
No specific return, payout frequency, capital preservation or trading outcome is promised. Any future performance representation must be substantiated and accompanied by appropriate methodology and risk disclosure.
5. Service availability
Features may be changed, restricted or interrupted for maintenance, security or third-party outages. Users must not rely on continuous availability.
6. Intellectual property
Website branding and original materials may not be reused without permission. Third-party chart and data rights remain with their respective owners.
7. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, the platform is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law and updates
South African law applies, subject to applicable mandatory rules. Material changes should be published with an updated effective date. The operator's verified legal identity and formal notice address must be published before regulated financial services are offered.
